1996

The Thyristor (SCR) Era & Heavy-Duty Foundations

Our engineering roots trace back to 1996, dominating the rugged Phase-Controlled Thyristor (SCR) rectifier sector. By designing heavy-duty power supply equipment capable of enduring highly corrosive, continuous full-load surface finishing and smelting operations, we built our foundational reputation for structural ruggedness and absolute industrial grid survivability.

2000s – 2015

IGBT High-Frequency SMPS Revolution

Anticipating the decline of linear power limitations, JT-POWER spearheaded the transition into high-frequency IGBT Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS). By utilizing advanced PWM topologies and replacing bulky legacy copper transformers with lightweight, high-efficiency high-frequency transformers, we fundamentally enhanced ripple control and dynamic response speeds for precision plating lines.

2016 – 2021

Synchronous Rectification & Advanced ERP Deployment

To maximize efficiency and combat forward-voltage drops, we successfully integrated high-current Synchronous Rectification (SR) technology into our high-power systems. This era also marked our comprehensive standardizations under the ISO9001 Quality Management System and the full deployment of our integrated ERP network, completely eliminating manual component discrepancies and optimizing lead times.

2022 – PRESENT

The SiC Era & High-Power 60kW Single-Unit Milestone

Driving into the green energy-saving frontier, our R&D division pioneered the 100kHz high-frequency Silicon Carbide (SiC) digital architecture. Standing as a leading manufacturer in China to successfully engineer single-unit power supply capacity up to 60kW, JT-POWER redefined density benchmarks. Our N+1 parallel water-cooled systems are now extensively deployed across Southeast Asia and global markets, dropping clients’ energy waste by 15% to 20%.
